Bucharest-born musician Michael Cretu’s pop music project Enigma produced two Top 10 hits in the early 1990s. First, in 1991, “Sadeness Part 1” reached number 5. Then, in 1994, “Return to Innocence” climbed to number 4. Exactly 25 years ago, “Sadeness Part 1” rose to its peak position, where it stay for two weeks.
