25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Hi-Five “I Like the Way (The Kissing Game)”
Waco, Texas-based vocal group Hi-Five appeared on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart seven times, all between 1991 and 1993. Of those seven singles, five reached the Top 40 and three hit the Top 10. Their biggest hit was their first hit, “I Like the Way (The Kissing Game),” which exactly 25 years ago, climbed to number one for a one-week stay.
