25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Nelson “(Can’t Live Without Your) Love And Affection”

Los Angeles-based band Nelson, which was formed by Ricky Nelson’s twin sons Gunnar and Matthew, hit the Top 40 with all four singles they placed on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart. All four of those singles also came from their debut album, After The Rain. Their biggest hit was their very first hit, “(Can’t Live Without Your) Love And Affection,” which exactly 25 years ago climbed to number one for a one-week stay.
