25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Queen “Bohemian Rhapsody”
London-based band Queen first hit the Top 10 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart in 1976 when “Bohemian Rhapsody” climbed to a peak position of number 9. Over a decade and a half later, thanks to its use in the film Wayne’s World, “Bohemian Rhapsody” joined the select group of songs that have reached the Top 10 in two separate appearances. This time, the song performed even better, and exactly 25 years ago, “Bohemian Rhapsody” climbed to a peak position of number 2.
