25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Restless Heart “When She Cries”
Nashville-based band Restless Heart hit the Top 40 with two of the three songs they placed on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart. After reaching number 33 in 1987 with “I’ll Still Be Loving You,” a few years later, and exactly 25 years ago, the band scored its biggest hit when “When She Cries” rose to a peak position of number 11.
