25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Shai “If I Ever Fall in Love”

Washington, D.C.-based vocal group Shai made seven appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all between 1992 an 1996. Four of those songs hit the Top 40, and the first three reached the Top 10. The group’s biggest hit came with their first charting song, “If I Ever Fall in Love,” which exactly 25 years ago climbed to a peak position of number 2, where it would spend eight weeks.
