London-based duo Shakespear’s Sister made two appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, both between 1992 and 1993. The first of the two songs was their only Top 40 hit, and exactly 25 years ago, that song — “Stay” — climbed to a peak position of number 4.
