25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Sweet Sensation “If Wishes Came True”
New York City-based girl group Sweet Sensation appeared on Billboard‘s Hot 100 nine times, all between 1987 and 1991. Of those nine singles, the group’s biggest hit, and only Top 10 hit, came with “If Wishes Came True,” which exactly 25 years ago, rose to number one for a one-week reign.
