25 Years Ago in the Nineties: The Black Crowes “Hard to Handle”

Georgia-based band The Black Crowes made six appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all between 1990 and 1992. Their biggest hit of the bunch was their song “Hard to Handle,” which accounted for two of those six appearances. After peaking at number 45 in 1990, “Hard to Handle” resurfaced in 1991, and exactly 25 years ago climbed to a peak position of number 26, making the first of the group’s two Top 40 hits.
