25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Timmy T “One More Try”

Fresno, California-born musician Timmy T has hit Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart four times, all between 1990 and 1991. Two of those songs reached the Top 40, and those two singles peaked at opposite ends of the Top 40. In May of 1990, “Time After Time” peaked at number 40. Then, a little less than a year later, “One More Try” hit number one. Exactly 25 years ago, “One More Try” rose to the top of the chart for its one week reign.
