All five of Dallas, Texas-born rapper Vanilla Ice‘s appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 occurred between the fall of 1990 and the fall of 1991. The biggest hit among that quintet was his first hit, “Ice Ice Baby,” which exactly 25 years ago, climbed to number one for a one-week reign.
