DEF: Tin Machine “Under The God”

As you’ve likely heard by now, David Bowie has passed away at the age of 69.

Bowie’s projects in the 1980s included the band Tin Machine, which released a debut album in 1989 and then a second album in 1991 before disbanding in 1992. Though the group never appeared on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, they made the UK singles chart a number of times, and their very first single — “Under The God” — climbed to number 4 on the Modern Rock chart in the U.S.
