DEF: Dio “Rainbow In The Dark”
Jimmy Bain, the original bassist from New York-based band Dio, passed away this past weekend at the age of 68. Bain stayed with the band throughout the 1980s and then rejoined them between 1999 and 2004. Most recently, Bain had been performing with the band Last In Line. In memory of Bain, today’s Daily Eighties Flashback is what is perhaps Dio’s most well-known song, “Rainbow In The Dark.”
