Los Angeles-born singer Karyn White has made eight appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, with the first six of those songs reaching the Top 40 and four of them hitting the Top 10. Amid all of that success, White’s biggest hit was her only number one hit, “Romantic.” Exactly 25 years ago, “Romantic” climbed to the number one spot for a one-week reign.
