DEF: Europe “The Final Countdown”

Stockholm-based band Europe made five appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all between 1987 and 1988, with four of those songs reaching the Top 40. The band’s chart run began with the song that, while not their biggest hit, is their most well-known song.
