Norwalk, California-born singer Tiffany began her pop music career with a pair of number one singles on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart. After “I Think We’re Alone Now” reached number one in November 1987, exactly 30 years ago, “Could’ve Been” equaled the feat, rising to the top for a two-week reign.
