25 Years Ago in the Nineties: H-Town “Knockin’ Da Boots”
Houston-based group H-Town made six appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all in the mid-1990s. Three of those songs reached the Top 40, and one hit the Top 10. Exactly 25 years ago, that one Top 10 hit, “Knockin’ Da Boots,” climbed to a peak position of number 3, where it would spend seven weeks.
