Minneapolis-based band Soul Asylum made three appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all in the 1990s. The band’s biggest hit was their only Top 10 hit, “Runaway Train,” which exactly 25 years ago was in its second week at a peak position of number 5.
