Birthday of the Week: Roger Daltrey

This week’s Birthday of the Week is Roger Daltrey, who turns 75 this Friday (March 1). Daltrey is, of course, known as the lead singer for The Who, though he has also enjoyed some success as a solo artist, including the Top 20 hit “Without Your Love” in 1980.

In honor of Daltrey’s milestone, let us know what your favorite song by The Who and/or by Daltrey as a solo artist is. My favorite song by The Who is “Eminence Front,” but Pete Townshend sings lead vocals on that song. If I had to pick my favorite with Daltrey on lead vocals, I’d choose “Won’t Get Fooled Again.”
