DEF: John Palumbo “Blowing Up Detroit”

John Palumbo never made it to Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, though his band Crack the Sky bubbled under the chart once in 1976. In 1985, Palumbo equaled that feat with a solo song, “Blowing Up Detroit,” which on this date that year made a one-week appearance on the Bubbling Under chart.
