DEF: Chicago “Love Me Tomorrow”
In September 1982, Chicago scored the second of their three number one hits, as “Hard To Say I’m Sorry” rose to the top spot on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart. While the followup single, “Love Me Tomorrow,” didn’t fare as well, it did hit the Top 40, and on this date in 1982, “Love Me Tomorrow” reached its peak position of number 22, where it would spend two weeks.
Chicago’s “Love Me Tomorrow” is today’s Daily Eighties Flashback.
