Norwalk, California-born teen sensation Tiffany scored three Top 10 hits on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart in 1987 and 1988 from her debut, self-titled album. With the release of her second album, Hold An Old Friend’s Hand, in late 1988, Tiffany hit the Top 10 once more. On this date in 1989, the album’s lead single, “All This Time,” reached a peak position of number 6, where it would spend one week.
