Birthday of the Week: CeCe Peniston

This week’s Birthday of the Week is CeCe Peniston. Peniston is best known for her Top 10 hit “Finally,” which reached number 5 in 1992. She did, though, also hit the Top 40 three more times over the next couple of years. On Friday (September 6), she turns 50.
