Birthday of the Week: Madonna

A number of great choices of musicians celebrating milestone birthdays could be this week’s Birthday of the Week, including Belinda Carlisle, J.T. Taylor of Kool and the Gang, and Europe frontman Joey Tempest. The nod, though, goes to Madonna, who turns 65 on Wednesday (August 16).

To commemorate her birthday, let us know your favorite Madonna song. Among so many great choices, for decades my favorite has been “Borderline.”
