Bonnie Pointer 1950-2020

Bonnie Pointer of The Pointer Sisters passed away Monday at the age of 69. In honor of Bonnie, let us know your fondest or most vivid memories involving music by the Pointer Sisters or from Bonnie Pointer’s solo career. Though Bonnie had left the group by then, my most vivid memory of The Pointer Sisters is jumping into a hotel pool when the word “Jump” was sung as “Jump (For My Love)” was in heavy radio rotation back in 1984.
