Caroll Spinney 1933-2019
Caroll Spinney, who is known for playing Big Bird, passed away today at the age of 85. While Spinney is known for his acting and puppeteering on Sesame Street, his performance as Big Bird also brought us some music, including, perhaps most famously, “ABC-DEF-GHI,” which you can hear above.
