DEF: Bob Dylan “Sweetheart Like You”

Duluth, Minnesota-born music legend Bob Dylan hit Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart just once in the 1980s as a solo act, as “Sweetheart Like You” spent nine weeks on the chart in late 1983 and early 1984. On this date in 1984, “Sweetheart Like You” hit its peak position of number 55, where it would spend one week. To date, it’s Dylan’s last solo appearance on the Hot 100.
