Montreal-born musician Corey Hart made ten appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all between 1984 and 1990. Nine of those ten songs reached the Top 40, and two made the Top 10. The first of Hart’s two Top 10 singles came with his first charting single, “Sunglasses at Night,” which on this date in 1984 climbed to a peak position of number 7. “Sunglasses at Night” is today’s Daily Eighties Flashback.
