In the early 1980s, Seattle-based duo Eye To Eye reached Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart with the only two chart appearances of their career. The first of those two singles was also Eye To Eye’s only Top 40 hit. On this date in 1982, that single — “Nice Girls” — rose to a peak position of number 37, where it would spend two weeks.
