DEF: Fleetwood Mac “Hold Me”

Building from their phenomenally successful Rumours album, Fleetwood Mac continued to deliver hits throughout the late 1970s and into the 1980s.  The band’s first album released in the 1980s, Mirage, produced three Top 40 hits.  On this date in 1982, the first and biggest of those hits, “Hold Me,” reached its peak position of number 4, where it would, amazingly, spend seven weeks.
