DEF: Mike Post “Theme from Quantum Leap”
Exactly 30 years ago, the television show Quantum Leap debuted on NBC, beginning its five-season run. The show’s theme music was composed by Mike Post, who is known for his prolific work writing themes for television shows such as The A-Team; Hill Street Blues; L.A. Law; Law & Order; Magnum, P.I.; and NYPD Blue. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Quantum Leap‘s debut, its theme music is today’s Daily Eighties Flashback.
