DEF: Paul Anka “Hold Me ‘Til The Mornin’ Comes”

Ottawa, Canada-born singer Paul Anka is best known for his string of hits in the 1970s and 1980s. He did, though, hit the Top 40 once during the 1980s. That single came in 1983, when “Hold Me ‘Til The Mornin’ Comes” peaked at exactly number 40. On this date in 1983, “Hold Me ‘Til The Mornin’ Comes” hit its peak position, where it would spend two weeks.  Today, it’s the Daily Eighties Flashback.
