Rick Astley‘s string of hits on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart in the late 1980s and early 1990s began with a couple songs that reached number one. Exactly 30 years ago, the second of those two chart-topping songs, “Together Forever,” climbed to number one for a one-week reign.
