DEF: The Dazz Band “Let It Whip”
Cleveland-based group The Dazz Band made three appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all between 1982 and 1984. Their only Top 40 hit came with their first appearances, and exactly 35 years ago, that song — “Let It Whip” — rose to a peak position of number 5. To commemorate that anniversary, “Let It Whip” by The Dazz Band is today’s Daily Eighties Flashback.
