DEF: The Who “You Better You Bet”
Amid all of their success in the 1970s and 1980s, The Who scored 14 Top 40 hits on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, most successfully with their number 9 hit “I Can See For Miles” in 1967. The band added two more Top 40 hits in the 1980s, the first of which, on this date in 1981, reached a peak position on number 18, where it would spend three weeks.
