Cardiff, Wales-based duo Waterfront made two appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, with a pair of songs in 1989. The biggest hit of the two was the group’s only Top 40 hit, “Cry,” which on this date in 1989 climbed to a peak position of number 10. “Cry” by Waterfront is today’s Daily Eighties Flashback.
