DEF: Wham! “Freedom”

In the mid-1980s, British duo Wham! reached the Top 10 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart with seven consecutive singles, with the first three singles in that run topping the chart. Following those three number one singles, exactly 30 years ago Wham!’s “Freedom” climbed to a peak position of number of 3, where it would spend one week. In commemoration of that anniversary, “Freedom” by Wham! is the Daily Eighties Flashback.
