Do You Speak In Songs?

I stumbled upon a a cool music blog called Songspeak. The site focuses on music that surrounds us, specially in TV commercials. However, after further research I discovered the title of blog has significance.

Song Speak is defined as the process of forming sentences using song lyrics in the context of expressing common language. Pop-culture references from the 1980s and 1990s are typically used.

“You are so 2000 and late” – Boom Boom Pow
“All that she wants is another baby.” – Ace of Base
“For those about to rock, we salute you.” – AC/DC

As your day transpires today, see how many times a co-worker or friend uses a song lyric in a conversation.
