Eddie Van Halen 1955-2020

As you’ve likely heard by now, Eddie Van Halen has passed away at the age of 65. To remember him, let us know your favorite or most vivid memories involving music by Van Halen.

I have lots of great memories involving a number of songs, but my most vivid is when my family was visiting San Diego in the summer of 1984. While we were at the hotel swimming pool, “Jump” came on the radio, and I had a lot of fun timing jumps in the pool to David Lee Roth singing the word “jump.”
