Guess What? Coldplay Used This Tune For Inspiration

Coldplay during a recent interview admitted listening to Kate Bush’s 1989 hit “Running Up That Hill” to create their 2005 hit “The Speed of Sound”. Chris Martin explained that they had the Kate Bush song running in the background as they played along to it and the song was born. The tune was the first single from Coldplay’s third album X&Y.
