Guess What? Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band Name Was A Fluke?

Paul McCartney in a recent interview with Rick Rubin in “McCartney 1,2,3” disclosed how he came up with the name for the Beatles album “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”. Guess what? He misheard someone sitting on a flight say, “Could you pass the salt and pepper?” for “Could you pass the Seargent Pepper?” The rest was history. Where does this album rank for you in the Beatles catalog?
