London-based group the Dave Clark Five appeared on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart 24 times, with 17 of those songs reaching the Top 40 and seven hitting the Top 10. Amid all of those appearances, the group’s biggest hit was their only number one single, “Over And Over.” Exactly 50 years ago, “Over And Over” climbed to the top of the chart for a one-week reign.
