Chicago-based band The Buckinghams made seven appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, with five those songs reaching the Top 20 and three hitting the Top 10. Their biggest hit is their first charting single, “Kind of a Drag,” which exactly 50 years ago climbed to number one for a two-week reign.
