It Happened 50 Years Ago: The Outsiders “Time Won’t Let Me”
Cleveland-based band The Outsiders hit the Top 40 with all four singles they placed on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all of which charted in 1966. Their biggest hit was their first hit and their only Top 10 hit, “Time Won’t Let Me,” which exactly 50 years ago climbed to a peak position of number 5.
