Music to Help Us Get Through Everything Together: Jim Spalink “Hieronymus Bosch Butt Music”

Among the many images in Dutch artist Hieronymus Bosch’s most famous work, the triptych The Garden of Earthly Delights, the lower part of the right panel features music written on someone’s butt. Based on a transcription by Amelia Hamrick, Jim Spalink recorded an interpretation of that music. That recording is today’s music to help us get through everything together.
