The Church

Australian band The Church has been making music for more than three decades, and much of their success has been outside of mainstream U.S. pop music, but in 1988 they crossed into Top 40 radio with their single “Under the Milky Way” from their Starfish album.  Exactly 25 years ago, “Under the Milky Way” peaked at number 24, and it remains the band’s only Top 40 hit.
