Mother and daughter duo Naomi and Wynonna Judd, a.k.a. The Judds, hit number one on Billboard‘s Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart with all four songs released from their 1985 album Rockin’ with the Rhythm. On this date in 1986, the first of those four hits, “Have Mercy,” was in the second week of its two-week run at the top of the chart.
