Title Title On The Tenth: “Lay Your Hands On Me”

This past month, the Supremes defeated Regina and Mother’s Finest handily to win the “Baby Love” title title. Also this past month, the November 23 Daily Eighties Flashback featured the song “Lay Your Hands On Me” by Thompson Twins, which peaked at number 6 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart in 1985. Thompson Twins’ “Lay Your Hands On Me” was the first of two singles that have appeared on the Hot 100 with that title, and both of them hit the Top 10 in the 1980s. The other “Lay Your Hands On Me” came from Bon Jovi, and it peaked at number 7 for two weeks in July-August 1989.

The question, then, for this month is which of these two songs deserves the “Lay Your Hands On Me” Title Title. Check out both song and vote below.
