Title Title On the Tenth: “My Girl”
In this past month’s Title Title, Radiohead edged out Stone Temple Pilots and TLC for the top song titled “Creep.” This month, we go back further for a couple of songs titled “My Girl.”Â
As Tunesmate commemorated this past Friday, the Temptations reached number one on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart for the first time 50 years ago with their song titled “My Girl.” Fast forward a little more than 17 years, and Pennsylvania-born musician Donnie Iris scored the biggest hit of his career when his song titled “My Girl” reached number 25.
The question, then, this week is which “My Girl” deserves the Title Title. You can listen to both and vote below.
